Refund and Returns Policy

1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, for a full refund.

2. Exceptions — sealed products

Because our products are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, this cancellation right does not apply once the seal has been broken after delivery, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(f) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging.

3. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@peptidebiolab.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. How to request a return

Email hello@peptidebiolab.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We will confirm return instructions. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund via the original payment method used (subject to cryptocurrency network conditions) within 14 days.

6. Non-returnable items

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, except where faulty, due to the nature of research chemical products once their seal is broken.
