1. About us
PeptideBioLabs is a sole trader business operating peptidebiolab.co.uk (the “Site”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Research use only — eligibility to purchase
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order.
2.2 All products sold on the Site are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, use, or application in any form, are not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
2.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of the products complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect the products will be misused.
3. Products and pricing
3.1 We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
3.2 All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3.3 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before proceeding if this happens.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency only, processed through our third-party payment gateway, PayRam.
4.2 Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We are unable to offer chargebacks in the way a card payment provider would. Please check your order carefully before confirming payment.
4.3 Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate. The price you pay is fixed at the point your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway; we are not responsible for exchange-rate movements between browsing and payment confirmation.
4.4 It is your responsibility to send the correct amount, to the correct address, using the correct network, as instructed at checkout. We cannot recover funds sent incorrectly.
5. Orders and contract formation
5.1 Your order is an offer to buy products subject to these Terms. A contract is only formed when we confirm dispatch of your order (or part of it) by email.
5.2 We may decline any order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, or concerns about the intended use of the product.
6. Delivery

6.2 Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellation

7.2 Because our products are supplied sealed for health, safety and integrity reasons, once the seal is broken they cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
8. Product quality and liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, our liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, given that products are supplied strictly for research purposes and not for consumption, use, or application, and any use outside this stated purpose is entirely at your own risk and outside the scope of any warranty.
8.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to PeptideBioLabs and may not be reproduced without our permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
